Our Smokin’ Hot American Summer starts with Cask No. 140.16 Life is sweet - a full-hearted dram with chocolate, red fruit, toffee and raisin character exuding from this robust profile. The temperature swings during maturation allowed this malt to evolve more quickly and with great finesse, yielding a high-octane dram that drinks well beyond its years! Cask No. B5.8 Pungent and noisy is a bold Tennessee bourbon explodes on the palate with huge spice and barrel smoke before transitioning into more salted caramel, vanilla and sherry notes on the palate. Equally bold is our Michigan rye whiskey Cask No. RW7.2 Saturday night fever. Chocolate sundae notes get you started and dramatically shift to a more fruit-forward tropical expression.
