Sweet and perfumed notes introduced toffee and fudge that gained complexity to become caramel wafers with sweet butter pastry. A fresh layer of grass merged with sweet peas before citrus zest brought us to lemon meringue and key lime pie. Then richer aromas appeared that delved into tobacco and nutty notes with brazil nuts covered in chocolate and rum and raison ice cream. Flavours danced through fresh ginger and liquorice before things sweetened into banofee pie and a tree of toffee apples. A touch of dry straw blended into twigs in honey towards the finish before ending with crunchy tree bark and grape tannins.
