The panel found an initial rich fruitiness with an grassy, almost yeasty undercurrent, at first nosing. Also noted were corn starch, vanilla slices, honey comb, raw grist, lemon oils and sourdough starter. With water came white pepper, ripe apricots and nectarines, hessian sack cloth and sunflower oil. Reading an old book while sipping some herbal pimms was mentioned at one point. The palate was initially herbal with notes of dill and cut grass before limestone, struck flints, digestive biscuits and olive oil were noted. Reduction brought white jelly babies, agave nectar, soor plooms, lanolin and a mustard powder warmth.
