Salty porridge infused with juniper, seagreens, beach pebbles and sandalwood. A granitic, rough and ready minerality with restless notes of daisies, margaritas, crab meat and a stack of buttered pancakes with bacon. Water unveils a chilli heated spiciness with lime and coriander marinated langoustine, some saline fino sherry and then notes of wet leaves, lemon bonbons a meaty, mutton-esque aspect. The palate is punchy and grouchy. Lots of oyster sauce, vegetable stock, black pepper, prawn crackers, lanolin and paraffin wax. Water brings forth a few green fruits, a cider apple or two and mussels in white wine and parsley.
