A framework of fresh wood and old leather encased coconut before fresher tones brought us to a greenhouse abundant in flowers and a pine forest after the rain. A block of milk chocolate delivered us to a palate full of oils and buttery textures. A spicy layer of fresh ginger and citrus skin settled above shortbread and digestive biscuits before being joined by tart fruit to form apple crumble with custard. Mint and lavender gave a lively edge before rich and opulent dark chocolate joined banana on the lasting finish.
