Vaults Collection Cask No. 12.82 The Great Lake Bake earns its name from the “loch of oloroso sherry” that awaits you, having spent 27 years in an Oloroso butt and another 5 years in a Pedro Ximenez butt. Imagine custards, cakes and sponges all floating in a lake of sherry. With Vaults Collection Cask No. 12.80 Heaven in a leather hammock we discover more savory accents brought forward by the maturation for a shining juxtaposition.
