About Fun fun fun in the sun sun sun: This is truly summer in a glass with flowers in sun-drenched fields coming through on the nose. Honey and nuts with stone fruits and flowers flourish on the vibrant palate. A stunning ex-bourbon expression with considerable texture!

Tasting Panel Note: A lovely nose full of floral aromas, fresh linens, sunny summer meadows, lemon peel and sunflower oil. Beyond that we detected some richer tones of shoe leather, mineral oil and pine cones, plus rolling tobacco and crushed green leaves. Water brought out plums, nectarines, candy floss and pistachio nougat. The palate opened with cloudy apple juice, cooking oils, white flowers, soda bread and runny honey. Reduction brought flaked almonds, myrtle, heather honey, dried flowers, light waxes and geraniums in a warm greenhouse.
