From Texas to Tennessee and finally New York, we proudly present three (3) expressions of American Whiskey for a comprehensive flight of exceptional spirits. Cask No. 140.10 Wild Stallion is comprised of 100% Golden Promise malt maturing 2 years in a European oak barrique followed by 3 more years in a 1st fill apple brandy barrique. Its creamy texture, chocolate and stewed apple palate and spice-driven finish make this single malt an electric expression of power and complexity. The temperature swings during maturation allowed this malt to evolve more quickly and with great finesse, yielding a high-octane dram that drinks well beyond its years! Cask No. B5.7 Indulge yourself delivers rich speculoos, rum raisin and baking spice notes with fine barrel tannin to provide superb structure. This whiskey is even more unique among its Tennessee brethren since it did not undergo the Lincoln County Process before casking. Most whiskey producers from Tennessee filter their newmake spirit with charcoal before filling barrels, so the flavour this cask has to offer is extraordinary! Cask No. RW3.8 Don't think twice! was an experimental cask distilled in BOTH a column still AND pot still before four years of maturation in a new charred oak barrel. The result yields an explosively complex sipper redolent with floral, honey and spice aromas and flavours. Sourced from upstate New York, 70% rye married with corn and malted barley creates a compelling pour for any whisk(e)y lover. Compare and contrast with column still only Cask No. RW3.4 Truly Magnificent. The three casks offered here couldn’t be more different, thus providing a 360-degree view of American whiskey. Cheers!
