Cask No. B4.10 All things bright and bold is a dram in the vein of our “Deep, rich & dried fruits” flavour profile that sherry fans should take a close look at. Have a slice of tropical cheesecake as this explosive bourbon offers creamy texture, exotic fruits and loads of spices! The quarter cask (30 gallons) used in the maturation of Cask No. RW1.5 Wait…what? is much smaller than the typically used standard American barrel (53 gallons), imparting more oak influence on the rye here. Red berries and old-fashioned root beer resound in this powerful dram!
