Cask 36.104 Getting fruity at the back of the church delivers a bourbon-esque entry of sweetness and oak before shifting to a more classic Speyside character. An array of citrus and berry fruits are unveiled as spice picks up on the long finish. Cask 35.162 Romantic inspiration has members falling in love with this distillery. The complexity and richness are unmistakable as alluring sweetness and savoury tones create a beautiful union. Both casks will leave your palate feeling a wee bit amorous!
