Explore two fascinating sides of the same distillery with our Jekyll & Hyde bundle! These superbly aged malts from distillery #35 took different paths over their quarter century in cask, offering two very unique and decadent profiles. Cask 35.273 Flower arranging in the sunshine was aged for 24 years in a first-fill barrel and represents our Dr. Jekyll in this tale. Beautiful aromas of polished wood and flowers are followed by rich flavours of salted caramel and old cognac on the palate. Even more floral elements return on the diluted palate. A soft and engaging dram that leads us to Mr. Hyde. Cask 35.275 A desert island dr(e)am invites the intensity of a spirit that spent 25 years in a first-fill toasted oak hogshead with cabinet spices exploding from the glass. Juicy, fruity and luscious on the palate, incredible oak complements the richness here to create a most delicious monster in the glass!
