Next, we discover an utterly unique bottling in Cask No. 68.70 Intriguing idiosyncratic – custom casks built for us at Herfe Cooperage in Murcia, Spain create a toasty and tasty profile of chocolate, barbecue and bacon. Keep the flavour train chuggin’ along with Cask No. 71.87 Cowboys at dinner! This Speysider spent 8 years in sherry cask before 2 more years in a charred puncheon. The result is a culinary tour de force through the southern tip of South America with steaks, red wine and plenty of hearty spice. We finish on Islay with Cask No. 53.395 Smoky explosion. Wave after wave of smoked fish, smoked meat, even smoked fruit comes through on a palate that lands peaty punch after peaty punch. Coorie in with good friends to explore this beautiful bundle!
