Our Flavour Fireworks display kicks off with Cask 54.66 Party Fizz, a vibrant offering from a classic central Speyside distillery. A summery mix of stone fruit, citrus fruit and light confectionary notes add intrigue to the youthful intensity on the finish. Cask 76.136 Frisky fresh fruitiness derives its dark and savoury character from an additional maturation in a toasted new oak hogshead. Loads of red berry and chocolate character leads to earthy complexity for a compelling dram. Shift gears to oily & coastal Cask 4.236 Island holiday snapshot. Floral smoke and seaside delicacies drive the profile that is beautifully balanced and well textured. Cask 10.135 Delicious sear and sizzle is an intense Islay at first, with copious amounts of seaweed-fueled smoke and spice. Add water to reveal its nuanced side that marries smoked fish, citrus, tropical fruits and chocolate in a divine ending to a lovely tasting. Your palate will be feeling the fireworks with this flavourful quartet!
