Next, appetizers of various manifestations will easily match wits with Cask 113.39 Frivolous and fun – creamy vanilla and caramel are rounded out by pronounced grain character for an accessible dram that has remarkable appeal. Sink into a chair and finish off the evening with Cask 53.345 Industrial chimney soot. Ample plooms of smoke will be circling your palate with dashes of vanilla, pork belly and peanut brittle peeking through. A hefty Islay malt to conclude a beautiful Burns Supper!
