Dreaming of a better place: Like thick cream on nutty crumble, this malty make boasts granola and honey character with creamy confections on the palate. The choices made in the distillery are clearly recognized in your glass as a 2nd fill barrel complements the distillate perfectly!

Tasting Panel Note: Nut skins and malted cereals lay scattered on a wooden workbench as the sun beamed through an open window on to bowls of potpourri and juicy lemons. Cereals developed into porridge and honey with a sprinkle of zingy lemon zest and hard boiled sweets. With a dash of water came creamy characters as thick Jersey milk was whisked into custard to accompany rich apricot crumble. Nutty notes returned with sugar-coated almonds on a bed of dry straw, cinnamon and nutmeg leading to the tannic bitterness of green grass on the finish.
