With this one we were all over the place. We started in Beijing with Peking duck marinated and seasoned in five spice and Sichuan pepper, served alongside a smoky, sweet and sour sauce before we went to Buenos Aires and enjoyed steak accompanied by Chimichurri sauce (parsley, oregano garlic, olive oil, and vinegar and smoked chipotle flakes). Sensationally sensual, just like a real Argentine tango - totally improvisational!
