Big luxurious sweetness greets us at first. Lots of vanilla custard, apple sauce, warm caramel, custard creams, melon bonbons, sweet wines, raspberry mousse and spiced rums. With reduction we find rosewater, coconut milk, Jamaica cake, rusty nail cocktails, stem ginger, lemon wax and spearmint. The palate is luxurious and fat. Lots of lemon curd, key lime pie, lychee, grape must, pineapple jelly, waves of dried spices and cinnamon sweeties. A tropical fruit salad. Water brings out rhubarb and custard, rime damsons, chocolate orange, champagne cocktails, soda bread and lychee jelly.
