An easy initial nose that suggested to us natural barley sweetness with new leather, hessian cloth and freshly milled grist soaked with lemon juice. We also noted hand cream, sunflower oil and new shoes. Water brought citrus rinds, butterscotch, pine sap and a vegetal aspect of white asparagus. When neat the palate showed yellow fruits, pollens, trail mix, mothballs and chamomile tea. Also some touches of lemon wax and sandalwood. Reduction offered us spearmint, pineapple sweets, camphor and hibiscus.
