Notes

Our Sping Gala Tasting bundle highlights two exhilarating casks that share the illustrious ‘black label’ designation. While all Society casks are exceptional, these premium expressions are on another level with superior age and complexity. Cask No. 63.114 Epitome of the flavour profile is a remarkable 20-year-old malt with vivid tropical fruits, creamy richness and exotic perfume! Cask No. 19.94 The rose garden invites us to experience a malt that is at once rose and resin, marzipan and mint, with so many other delicious descriptors making their way into our imaginations. This classic Highland distillery delivers yet another masterpiece at 19 years old. Cask No. 76.152 High jinks and drama at the cooperage offers the richest distillate and boldest flavours of the three, making for a fantastic finish to your flight. Toffee, orange brioche and a host of baking spices combine for dynamic delivery. Behold what beautiful nuances and complexities may be garnered from careful maturation in an ex-bourbon cask. Three very different styles of whisky are on display for your complete enjoyment!

If ordered separately: Cask No. 63.114= $215; Cask No. 19.94= $240; Cask No. 76.152= $360.
