Our New Year’s Rocking Drams! bundle is a ‘high-five’ of flavour to properly kick off 2023! And what a kick with Cask No. 46.124 An exotic wood carving…. 64% ABV and loads of big flavours to start your flight. Cask No. 100.35 A rollercoaster keeps the flavour wheel spinning with a parade of desserts, jams, mulling spices and smoked meats coming from a whisky matured in toasted French oak. Cask No. 95.55 ‘Makes your day’ is an accessible and delicious dram offering carefully placed complexities on the long and charming palate. Maturation in 1st fill PX sherry did this malt much justice! We now head to Orkney for Cask No. 4.312 Old-school with a twist and all its lightly peated pleasures - smoky Old-Fashioned cocktail on the nose gives way to smoked sausage and seafood on the palate. Cask No. 16.61 Under the ruadhar completes our flight in properly peated intensity. Tarred, charred and brimming with smoked meats, herbs and so much more to feast your senses on.
