This gentle giant offers aromas of eucalyptus and honey before seducing the palate with ‘baked coconut shrimps’ with ‘creamy sweet chilli sauce’. Dessert comes early with Cask 35.266 Traditional butterscotch fudge - a decadent display of ripe tropical fruits and assorted baked goods that include chocolate croissants, shortbread with honey and butterscotch fudge.
