I dipped your new tennis shoes in blackcurrant jam and tossed some vanilla pods on them. Match point. On the palate, we were served blackcurrant jam mixed with peppermint, lavender, chilli flakes and poppy seeds. The finish was tannic. Introducing water sweetened the nose, bringing iced buns, cotton candy and leather conditioner agitated with a bouquet garni. Now, the palate offered a slice of cardamom bun, buttered warm croissants, brandy and gooseberries.
