Cask No. 7.224
Projectionists and perfectionists
Speyside, Lossie
An enticing nose of polished oaken floors, dusty vanilla scented wax paper, fizzy orange sweeties and marshmallows melting in hot cocoa. In time there comes a splash of lime cordial, bright cotton candy and milk bottle sweeties. Water brings you flowers. Carnations, roses and floral vase water in a greenhouse. A dash of yellow Chartreuse spilled on some damp sack cloth. The taste is full of orange zing, cinnamon balls, waxy honeycomb, fragrant sandalwood and moth balls. A mentholated aspect emerges as well, along with green wood, pressed wildflowers and herbal teas. With water it’s all on green tea now, sunflower oil, toasted trail mix, crisp cereals and buttery popcorn. A cinemascope dram.
