Buttery at first, then mint choc chip ice cream, lemon jelly, lime curd, coconut, butter mints, agave nectar, heather honey, butter biscuits and fragrant wax. A big slug of heather ale, dried sage and freshly baked seed breads follows on. Water gives coal dust, cereals, damp earth, bay leaf, roast peppers, charcoal baked potato, lemon thyme and Darjeeling tea. The mouth is waxy and textural, full of pine resins, sweet fruit jellies, brambles, hot Ribena, Blackjack chews, Vimto, lemon-scented candles, pineapple chins, toasted cashew nuts and mint jelly. With water there's pear cordial, elderflower, milk bottle sweets, old school shilling ales, mustard seeds, spice-studded orange peels and sunflower oil.
