We seemed to be hunting plants on the nose neat, gorse, honeysuckle as well as hazel shrubs but at the same time also banana plantations and strawberry fields. Chewy vanilla spiced cookies with chocolate chunks on the palate before we bit into a sweet creamy doughnut with a soft jam centre and an elderflower coating. After dilution we were back with the plants but now in a garden, cutting hedges, turning flower beds, and mowing the grass on a cool sunny autumn day in preparation for winter. Very satisfying, as we finished with a melt-in-your-mouth chai-spiced hot chocolate.
