About Fluffy and flaky: This storied distillate never disappoints. Redolent with oak-framed tropical notes and a core of vanilla, it’s still the texture that brings a broad smile to our faces. That beeswax texture is just the best. As our Tasting Panel concludes, “…. simply, in one word, delicious.”!

Tasting Panel Note: We detected a fruity, lightly citric, scent at first with candied pineapple, bananas and peaches, as well as freshly squeezed lemon. In the background was the soft sweetness of marshmallows, marzipan and fresh oak. On the palate, white chocolate and ginger chip cookies were served alongside ‘apple pepper pot’ cake with a spicy caramel sauce. After reduction, the nose turned deeper and tropical as clotted cream, blackcurrant jam and banana bread, plus mango, passion fruit and vanilla bourbon ice cream, came to the fore. To taste this was like the first bite into a warm almond croissant – buttery, fluffy and flaky – or simply, in one word, delicious.
