Notes

A Taste of Summer features three casks perfect for popping at your next beach party, barbecue or al fresco dinner. Cask No. 73.129 In the fields boasts a richly satisfying malt this distillery is known for – vanilla, malt, oak spice and citrus fruits all come across on the full-bodied palate. Cask No. 44.147 Worm cinders benefits from both American oak sherry and Spanish oak sherry maturation for a tour de force of flavour that is at once sweet, savoury and utterly irresistible. We’re on island time with our peated single malt. Cask No. 4.282 A bothy amongst mountain heather expresses Orkney Island peat in a wonderfully classic way. Heather and honey fueled smoke frames a nuanced palate of fruits and confections, delivering fragrance, depth and intensity. This might be the perfect dram for your beach bonfire! Embrace all the season’s fun, fare and flavour with these exciting casks!

If ordered separately: Cask No. 73.129= $125; Cask No. 44.147= $110; Cask No. 4.282= $115.
