Start with young & spritely Cask 95.28 A menagerie of childhood memories for a neat profile redolent with tropical fruit and confection before the addition of water coaxes out the herbaceous elements of this classic Speysider. A spicy and sweet Highlander will whisk you away to warmer regions with Cask 123.35 A splash of the tropics - rich tropical fruit appeal and peppery spice will have you singing Mele Kalikimaka. Cask 73.113 Sweet, earthy and amazing is a stunning example of full-term Oloroso sherry cask maturation. This spicy & dry malt combines a natural complexity with even more from the European oak. Dried fruits, leather and spice will scintillate the senses. Oily & coastal Cask 10.177 The marriage of Candy and Sandy evokes coastal salinity with sweet and savoury fare for a texture-driven jaunt in Islay. Finish your tasting with perfectly peated Cask 66.154 Robocow. We go from the coast of Islay to the farmland of Aberdeenshire with this dram. Earthy and slightly medicinal aromas are joined by smoked meats and confection on the complex palate.
