Our Spring Whisky Adventures bundle features four casks with a stunning spectrum of aromas and flavours to indulge in! Start with Cask No. 39.277 A darker side for a bold and inviting expression of the 'Spicy & Sweet' profile with cherries, berries, marmalade, cinnamon and much more on display! Our next two whiskies are both sherry cask-matured but couldn't be more strikingly unique! Cask No. 78.74 Cheeky wee upstart in the 'Young & Spritely' profile offers a powerful distillate on full display whilst notes of 2nd fill PX cask add Christmas cake, salted caramel and buttery texture. Cask No. 55.87 The stage is set exudes complexity and elegance from time in an ex-bodega Oloroso cask. This 'Spicy & Dry' dram almost drinks like it was aged in Sauternes cask for a time. Fascinating, and one you'll want to spend some time with. We conclude our flight of flavour with Cask No. 4.365 You only live once for a bourbon cask-fueled overture of honey, heather, vanilla and spice. A firm yet balanced beam of Orkney smoke comes through the profile for the perfect example of 'Lightly Peated' malt. This one's a perfect gateway to the wondrous world of peated whisky! Slàinte!
