Explore three different barrel protocols and the three different flavour profiles they created with this delicious trio, while bolstering your collection. Cask No. 46.121 Daydreaming of sweet treats shows the wonderful flavours a 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel can impart on a whisky. Typically light and floral, this malt transforms into a bold and beautiful expression of vanilla spice cake, cinnamon pastries and tropical fruits! Cask No. 68.71 Rather scrumptious garners its decadent profile from ex-Oloroso sherry wood for a richly rewarding mouthful of raisins, ginger cakes, vanilla, chocolate and much more!  Cask No. 66.213  Back of the kitchen cupboard shows off its Highland peat with nuanced notes of cured meats, campfire smoke and a touch of the medicinal character peat lovers crave! Speyside and Highland bottlings brimming with ripe fruits, herbs, spices, confection and more will set the stage for a fun and informative tasting with your whisky-loving friends!
