Turn up the volume on your oak protocol to Cask 39.185 Splinter-studded spanking for an explosively spicy and sweet follow up. The new oak hogshead imparts a beautiful assortment of confections as well as sublime texture. Delve into deep, rich & dried fruits with Cask 95.31 Slivovitz, rumtopf and Black Forest gateau with another example of increased complexity that only additional cask maturation can generate. Here, we see the effects of a shaved, toasted and re-charred cask on this Speyside whisky. Hedonistic aromas and flavours of bramble fruits, dessert cakes and chocolates abound.
