About Moss and Mist: Our 25-year-old Creator's Collection malt exhibits the core of honey surrounded by seriously smokey notes that we've come to love from Society expressions of this world-renowned distillery. A refill hogshead lets the Islay-born distillate shine through for peat heads to marvel at!

Tasting Panel Note: Salted butter slowly melted over ripe mango, pineapple and lemon in an old coal scuttle. The oily tears mingled with fine ash before being poured over cured ham and mackerel fillets shrouded in a veil of lavender and heather smoke. Tropical fruits merged with clove-studded gammon on the palate, glazed with fragrant runny honey. A few drops of water unveiled smouldering leaf mulch and charred pine logs with sticky sap and creosote on the nose. Then a handful of dried apricots and seaweed, steeped in antiseptic cream, were served with melon, peppermint, and chamomile petals on a bed of salty seaside pebbles.
