Green aromas filled the room, kaffir lime leaves, fresh-cut coriander, finest Thai basil, sweet nettle tea and spearmint. Zingy and mouth-cooling on the palate neat like very intense lozenges of hard black liquorice with strong menthol added or, for the ones with a memory going back a little longer, Mojo chews with the green spearmint flavour. Water relaxed the whole experience tremendously with the scent of vanilla charred lemons, sweet hay, cut grass and dried herbs. The taste now thick and sweet was like a mango mousse, toasted pine nuts and in the finish sweet pickled carrots and Daikon radishes.
